Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include the following operations:
- Handling requests and inquiries directed to the controller
- Providing information about activities and events organized by the controller
- Providing information about products or services offered by the controller
- Interacting through official profiles
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
Legal basis for processing: Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR – the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to follow the CONTROLLER’s social network, thus showing interest in the information published therein. Therefore, by requesting to follow our social profiles, you are giving us your consent to process the personal data available in your profile.
The USER may access the privacy policies of the respective social network at any time and configure their profile to ensure their privacy.
The CONTROLLER has access to and processes public information from the USER, particularly the contact name. This data is only used within the social network and will only be included in a CONTROLLER’s file if necessary to handle the USER's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent granted, as indicated in this privacy policy.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
Data disclosure: information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including personal data, may be publicly visible depending on the services the USER uses and may be accessible to other social network users. From each social network profile, the USER can configure what information to make public, view granted permissions, delete or disable them, including any third-party application no longer desired.
No data will be disclosed to third parties outside the social network unless essential for the fulfillment and execution of processing purposes, and only to service providers under confidentiality and data processor agreements required by current privacy legislation.
What are your rights?
Rights of the USER: can only be exercised in relation to information under the control of the CONTROLLER.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The CONTROLLER may perform the following actions:
- Access public profile information
- Post on the USER’s profile any content already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network
- Send personal and individual messages through the social network’s channels
- Publish page status updates that will appear on the USER’s profile
The USER may always control their connections, remove content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share connections with by adjusting their privacy settings.
3. POSTS
Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photos, or any other multimedia content supported by the platform. In all cases, the USER must be the rightful owner of the posted content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any content posted on the social network that may infringe on morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or any law, is strictly prohibited.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove the offending content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The CONTROLLER is not responsible for content freely posted by the USER.
The USER should be aware that their posts will be visible to other users, and they are primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images published on the social network will not be stored in any CONTROLLER-managed file but will remain on the social network.
4. DATA OF MINORS OR INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Access and registration through the CONTROLLER’s social networks is prohibited for individuals under the age of 14. If the USER has special needs, the intervention of a legal guardian or representative with valid proof of representation will be required.
The CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or individuals with special needs. The CONTROLLER’s social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors. Therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register, use the CONTROLLER’s social networks, or provide any personal information.
